New Animatic: Ambrosia snack pots

Have you spotted the latest UK TV campaign for Premier Foods brand, Ambrosia?

The new TV commercial to promote Ambrosia snack pots was released earlier this month! The campaign by London advertising agency, Dare, features a number of picnic staples, turned into quirky characters with a face superimposed on to match.

Dare approached us to create the playful research animatic for the campaign; it was a lot of fun! The project required a slightly different production method to our average animatic; we needed to shoot a number of different actors on blue screen before morphing their faces onto 3D models of picnic food!

Although the finished commercial is a little different to the original animatic, the concept has stayed very much the same!

Dulux Home Improvement – Son’s Bedroom

These loose pencil frames were produced earlier this year for BBH’s TV campaign for Dulux.

This is just one of a number of scripts we were asked to storyboard at the same time; you may have already seen the Boudoir storyboards we also produced last month!

We were really pleased to see that this TV ad on screen – watch it here on YouTube.

Style showcase: highly finished colour

Mother NatureSweet: Cherubs

This is the last in our three-part series of animatics we produced for advertising agency, Sterling Rice Group and NatureSweet tomatoes.

We were asked to produce 3D animatics for each of the NatureSweet range, featuring the lovely Mother NatureSweet, ‘basic Earth goddess / tomato guru’. This week’s animatic advertises the Cherubs variety, perfect for tasty salads! (Click here to watch Sunburst and Cherry)

Mud-covered Mayhem!

Earlier this year we produced this loose colour visual for London advertising agency, BBH and their kid’s adventure day campaign for Persil.

London Marathon

Happy Friday! We’ve got a selection of delicious illustrations for you to feast your eyes over!

We’ve been working with our artists on developing some new storyboard styles; this is a more contemporary style, using loose, delicate line work with a soft, flat colour palette.

As you can see, we took inspiration from British-style tea parties; plenty of cake and bunting!
